T-1450 ObAmA Mitch McConnell

  • So if Joe Lieberman gets shunned and decides to caucus with the republicans and since Steve and Joe B. have decided not to be senators any more, does that mean Mitch McConnell of Kentucky is the new senate majority leader? The Majority leader customarily serves as the chief representative and "face" of his or her party in Senate, and sometimes even in all of Congress if the House of Representatives and thus the office of Speaker of the House is controlled by the opposition party. (better “face” then Harry Reid)
  • Do the feds other than DOD, EPA, HUD, LABOR, SSA, TSA, AND VA feel scorned by Obama or did they get their own 'feely good' letter?

  1. Not unless McConnell is joining the Dems. You have to have a majority to be the majority leader. It appears that despite the best efforts of Republicans in AK to elect a convicted felon to the Senate, he will go down as another casualty of Republican corruption giving the Dems 58 seats. If you can't turn to criminals, who will lead the Republican party?
